Pre-Season High School Program:
Strike One will be offering our Pre-Season High School Program for 6 weeks
beginning in February. This program
is offered to players ages 13-18 who play on the full-sized diamond (90' bases, 60' 6"
mound distance).
Instructors will be working with each
individual on all aspects of the game. There will be instruction to improve
skills on hitting, defense, catching and pitching. Players will participate
in activities such as taking live infield on our full 90' base Sport Turf
infield. The emphasis at this age is to provide the best instruction in the
area and fine tune each players baseball skills and knowledge of the game.
Overall, this is a great way to prepare for the upcoming season.

The High School Program will consist of:
- advanced fundamentals of hitting and fielding
- team defense 1st and 3rd plays
- instruction on hit and runs and bunting
- learn drills to practice at home
- long toss and building arm strength
Saturdays (One Session Only)
