Join
our Professional Baseball instructors and learn the keys to a quality swing. Strike One will be offering weekly group hitting instruction that
will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This program will run for
4 weeks for 1 1/2 hours each week. There will be five sessions that start in November and lead right up to the outdoor
season.
This program will take you through the proper progressions to demonstrate serious
improvement in your hitting skills. You will also learn “why” you are being
taught specific techniques. Take advantage of this time to get hundreds of quality swings
throughout the winter.
NEW THIS YEAR: Advanced high school players ages 13-18 can register for our
special Tuesday and Thursday night hitting clinics (7:30-9pm) to continue
their advanced skill progression!

Each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday session is a separate
clinic. Players choose to participate on 4 consecutive Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
Thursdays or Saturdays.
Mondays (8-10 yrs. old): 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Mondays (11-14 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Tuesdays (8-10 yrs. old): 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Tuesdays (11-14 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Tuesdays (13-18 yrs. old advanced HS class): 8:00pm - 9:30pm
Wednesdays (8-10 yrs. old): 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Wednesdays (11-14 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Thursdays (8-10 yrs. old): 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Thursdays (11-14 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Thursdays (13-18 yrs. old advanced HS class): 8:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturdays (8-14 yrs. old): 10:30am - 12:00pm (Session 1 &
2)
Saturdays (8-14 yrs. old): 12:30pm - 2:00pm (Session 3, 4 & 5)

Cost: $120 member per session ($150 non-member per session)
