Join
our Professional Baseball instructors and learn the keys to a quality swing. Strike One will be offering weekly group hitting instruction that
will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This program will run
for 4 weeks for 1 1/2 hours each week. There will be six sessions that start in November and lead right up to the outdoor
season.
This program will take you through the proper progressions to demonstrate serious
improvement in your hitting skills. You will also learn “why” you are being
taught specific techniques. Take advantage of this time to get hundreds of quality swings
throughout the winter.

Each Wednesday and Saturday session is a separate clinic. Players
choose to participate on 4 consecutive Wednesdays or Saturdays.
Wednesdays (7-12 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Sessions 1-4)
Wednesdays (7-12 yrs. old): 5:00pm - 6:30pm (Sessions 5-6)
Wednesdays (13-18 yrs. old): 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Sessions 5-6)
Saturdays (7-12 yrs. old): 12:00pm - 1:30pm (All Sessions)
Ages 7 - 18
Cost: $120 member per session ($150 non-member per session)

Session #2: December 1, 2010 - December 22, 2010
Session #3: January 5, 2011 - January 29, 2011
Session #4: February 2, 2011 - February 26, 2011
Session #5: March 26, 2011 - March 26, 2011
