Mike Costantino - Played 4 seasons at Endicott College (94-98)...Entering
8th year as third base coach and bench coach @ Endicott College...He led team to the New
England Regional 3 out of last 4 seasons...Founder and coach of 2003 NSBL champs Salem
Legends.
Nelson Castro
- Signed by the California Angles at 18 years old out of the Dominican
Republic beginning his 11 year professional career. Career highlights
included playing in the Boston Red Sox system where he was an infielder
with Kevin Youkilis for the Portland Seadogs. Nelson hit .340 in 2001 in
113 games and finished his career with 292 stolen bases and a .277 career
minor league average. Played as high as AAA baseball for Fresno in the
Pacific Coast League and was named to San Francisco Giants 40 man roster.
Dave Costantino
- Played baseball at Endicott College from 1998-2001. Holds a career
batting average of .340. Named All-Conference second baseman at Endicott all
four years. Was Endicott’s first baseball player to be named All-New England
(2001). Currently manages Strike One Spirit U14 AAU baseball team.
Dave Babiarz
-
Played baseball at Endicott College from 2001-2004. In 2003, led Endicott
in doubles and stolen bases and as a senior in 2004 led the team with a .410
batting average. Dave is a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School and
starred on the diamond there as well hitting .500 as a senior on his way to
earning the prestige Donaldson Award, the Sportsman of the Year. Dave has
become one of the top hitting instructors in NE by developing and
implementing his coaching techniques from the likes of Boston Red Sox
hitting coach Ron Jackson and Cleveland Indians Manager Eric Wedge;
incorporating their baseball philosophy to his personal teaching.



Softball

Courtney Pilcher - Played at
Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT...Currently plays for the women's fast-pitch
league in Newton, MA as a pitcher and outfielder...Has diverse pitching
repertoire including fastball, change-up, screw ball, rise ball, drop curve
and straight curve...Has operated a youth pitching clinic in Malden, MA for
past two years.
Jessica Gveus
- Played at Centenary College in Louisiana…Graduated in 2004…Played both
infield and outfield for the Division I softball team all 4 years on a
full scholarship…Coaching experience includes stints at Masco High School,
Gordon College, Bay State Games, Pentucket Regional among others coaching
pitching, fielding and hitting.
