Welcome to Indoor Football in New England! Athletes now have the opportunity to compete year-round at our state of the art facility at the Strike One Sports Complex in Danvers. The Strike One Sports complex in Danvers is a 40,000 square foot facility that provides a unique 65 yard indoor Sport Turf football field as well as a large viewing/snack bar area. Strike One is the premier indoor training facility in New England. We are entering our 16th year of bringing quality programs to the North Shore area.
Strike One is offering a seven week regular season (plus 1 week playoff for qualifying teams) flag football league beginning
June 1. The league will conclude the regular season on July 20 and
playoffs will consist of the top four teams advancing to post-season play
on July 27. The league will consist of a maximum 10 teams. Teams may carry as many as 10 players for this 5 on 5 flag football league. Teams will play two 22 minute running time halves (stop time last 2 minutes of second half).

A $400 team fee and $150 forfeit fee must be paid prior
to start of play on June 1.
Team rosters must be submitted prior to play on June 1. A final team roster must be submitted by the completion of week #4. Only players included on the week #4 roster may participate in the remaining regular season and playoff games.

$25 Per Game Referee Fee
*Two referees will be on the field for all league games (teams must pay $25 following each game to cover cost of 1 referee).
*Teams
The league will accept no more than 10 teams and will play a 7 week regular season schedule (June
1 - July 20). The top six teams by record will advance to the July 27 playoff week. Playoffs will follow a
1 v 4, 2 v 3, 1/4 v 2/3 single elimination format. This is a 5 on 5 league with no more than 10 players permitted on a team roster.
*Game Time
Teams will play two 22 minute running time halves. Stop time will take place only in the final 2 minutes of the second half. Overtime will start with coin toss to determine possession. Overtime will be
5 minute running time sudden death with one timeout permitted per team. If overtime ends in tie the game is considered a tie.
*Team Cost:
$400 team fee
$150 forfeit fee ($50 per game...returned at end of season if not used).
$25 per game referee fee.
*General Rules
5 on 5 play
Flag Belts must be worn
Matching colored shirts must be worn
Only rubber cleats and sneakers are permitted
Teams must provide their own equipment:
Flag Belts, matching colored shirts
(Footballs will be provided by Strike One)
*Registration
Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Teams must register and pay in full (including forfeit fee) prior to start of league. First 5 teams registering for league will receive 1 free hour of practice time (first come first serve and based on availability).
* Champions
The Super Bowl winning team will receive a Super Bowl trophy, individual player trophies and a discounted team fee for next year’s league.
