STRIKE ONE AND BAYSTATE SPORT TRAINING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Strike One Danvers is currently accepting registrations for their Summer Session Strength & Conditioning Program. The 10 week program takes place at Strike One from June 21 – August 26. Participants will have full access to Strike One’s fully equipped 2,500 square foot Strength & Conditioning room. Availability is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come-first serve basis.

Participants ages 11-12 will meet for two hours on Monday and Wednesday (weight training/speed & agility training) while participants ages 13-18 will meet for two hours on Monday and Wednesday (weight training) and for two hours on Tuesday and Thursday (speed & agility training).

9:30 – 11:30am, 11:30am – 1:30pm, 2:00 – 4:00pm, 4:00 – 6:00pm or 6:00 – 8:00pm

Tuesday & Thursday (Participants choose one time slot)
9:30 – 11:30am or 6:00 – 8:00pm

The Strike One Strength & Conditioning Program is conducted by BAYSTATE Sport Training and is designed using sport-specific programs utilizing the multi-phase periodization method of training. These vigorous preparatory programs will include strength training, stretching, plyometric and cardiovascular exercise, core stabilization training and Olympic lifting. The Strength & Conditioning program is run by BAYSTATE Sport Training’s team of medical professionals and all programs are designed and supervised by registered Physical Therapists.
