STRIKE ONE WINTER BASEBALL CLINICS – SESSION #1

Strike One Danvers is currently accepting registrations for their Session #1 winter indoor baseball clinics. Availability is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Youth Baseball Academy (ages 8-12) – Program emphasizes throwing mechanics, hitting, infield and outfield play, pitching, catching and baserunning.

Saturday (11:00 am – 12:30pm)

Pitchers & Catchers Academy (ages 8-14) – Pitching instruction stresses proper throwing mechanics, five-step delivery and improving arm strength. Catching instruction focuses on stance, balance, sign calling, footwork and defensive techniques.

Tuesday (5:00 – 6:30 pm…8-10 yr. old) “Pitchers Only”

Tuesday (6:30 – 8:00 pm…11-14 yr. old) “Pitchers Only”

Wednesday (5:00 – 6:30 pm…11-14 yr. old) “Pitchers Only”

Wednesday (6:30 – 8:00 pm…8 – 10 yr. old) “Pitchers Only”

Saturday (12:30 – 2:00 pm…8 – 14 yr. old) “Pitchers & Catchers”

Hitting Academy (ages 8-14) – Weekly in-depth hitting instruction stressing proper batting stance, technique, weight transfer, head and hand position and follow through.

Monday (6:00 – 7:30 pm…11-14 yr. old)

Tuesday (5:00 – 6:30 pm…8-10 yr. old)

Tuesday (6:30 – 8:00 pm…11-14 yr. old)

Wednesday (5:00 – 6:30 pm…8-10 yr. old)

Wednesday (6:30 – 8:00 pm…11-14 yr. old)

Saturday (12:30 – 2:00 pm…8-14 yr. old)

Rookie Baseball Program (ages 5-8) - The program emphasizes proper throwing, catching, hitting and all-around play for players new to the game of baseball.

Monday (4:00 – 5:00 pm or 5:00 – 6:00 pm)
